ÉZÉKIEL 45 : 1 À 8 ***
1 ¶ Lorsque vous partagerez le pays en héritage par le sort, vous prélèverez comme une sainte offrande pour l’Eternel une portion du pays, longue de vingt-cinq mille cannes et large de dix mille ; elle sera sainte dans toute son étendue.
2 De cette portion vous prendrez pour le sanctuaire cinq cents cannes sur cinq cents en carré, et cinquante coudées pour un espace libre tout autour.
3 Sur cette étendue de vingt-cinq mille cannes en longueur et dix mille en largeur, tu mesureras un emplacement pour le sanctuaire, pour le lieu très saint.
4 C’est la portion sainte du pays ; elle appartiendra aux sacrificateurs qui font le service du sanctuaire, qui s’approchent de l’Eternel pour le servir ; c’est là que seront leurs maisons, et ce sera un sanctuaire pour le sanctuaire.
5 Vingt-cinq mille cannes en longueur et dix mille en largeur formeront la propriété des Lévites, serviteurs de la maison, avec vingt chambres.
6 Comme propriété de la ville vous destinerez cinq mille cannes en largeur et vingt-cinq mille en longueur, parallèlement à la portion sainte prélevée ; ce sera pour toute la maison d’Israël.
7 Pour le prince vous réserverez un espace aux deux côtés de la portion sainte et de la propriété de la ville, le long de la portion sainte et le long de la propriété de la ville, du côté de l’occident vers l’occident et du côté de l’orient vers l’orient, sur une longueur parallèle à l’une des parts, depuis la limite de l’occident jusqu’à la limite de l’orient.
8 Ce sera sa terre, sa propriété en Israël ; et mes princes n’opprimeront plus mon peuple, mais ils laisseront le pays à la maison d’Israël, selon ses tribus.

45:1-5
pour l’Eternel une portion du pays. Ce territoire consacré, mis à part, au centre d’Israël (#Ez 48:10) est à distinguer des lots destinés aux autres tribus, sept au nord et cinq au sud (cf. ch. #Ez 48). Certes, toute la terre appartient au Seigneur (#Ps 24: 1), mais cette zone a, à ses yeux, une signification toute particulière, car elle sert à atteindre les objectifs définis aux vv. #Ez 45:2-8. Cette « portion sainte » (environ 12,5 km sur 5 km d’après certaines estimations; le terme « canne », aux vv. 1, 3, est absent de l’hébreux et il peut donc s’agir de « coudées ») correspond à #Ez 48:8-22, qui la situe entre Juda (au nord) et Benjamin (au sud), de la Méditerranée jusqu’à la frontière orientale. C’est l’endroit réservé aux habitations des sacrificateurs (v. #Ez 45:4), mais il profite aussi à tous les adorateurs.

pour le sanctuaire. Au cœur de la « portion sainte » figure la surface occupée par le temple (#Ez 48:10), qui sert de lieu d’adoration non seulement aux tribus d’Israël, mais aussi aux croyants du monde entier (#Esa 4:2-3 ; #Za 14: 16-19). Il est donc entièrement approprié que ses dimensions (carré de 1,6 km de côté, cf. #Ez 42:15-20) soient supérieures à celles des précédents temples d’Israël.

propriété des Lévites. Outre la surface réservée au temple et aux habitations des sacrificateurs, une autre zone est prévue pour les Lévites qui assistent les sacrificateurs dans le temple. Située au nord de la « portion sainte », elle est de même taille. Cf. #Ez 48:13-14 pour plus de détails.

propriété de la ville. Au sud du sanctuaire central se trouve la ville de Jérusalem, dont la surface peut être estimée à 12,5 sur 2,5 km (la « canne » peut être une « coudée », l’hébreux ne précisant pas l’unité de mesure). Cf. #Ez 48:15-20 pour plus de détails.

Pour le prince … un espace. Voir la note sur 44:3 {==> "Ez 44:3"}. Cet administrateur du royaume placé sous l’autorité de Christ a droit à un territoire en deux parties, à l’ouest et à l’est des portions réservées au temple, aux sacrificateurs et à la ville aux vv. #Ez 45:1-6. Cf. #Ez 48:21-22 pour plus de détails.
45:8
mes princes n’opprimeront plus. Dieu promet une ère sans ces dirigeants civils qui abusent de leur pouvoir pour, p. ex., s’emparer des terres de leurs administrés (cf. #Ez 22: 27 ; #No 36:7-9 ; #1R 21 ; #Esa 5:8 ; #Os 5:10 ; #Mi 2:1-2). Les « princes » en question sont probablement les chefs des douze tribus. Sous le règne du Messie, personne ne sera frustré de ce qui lui revient.

1 ¶ When you inherit the land by lot for an inheritance , you shall be a holy offering to the Lord a portion of the country, long twenty- five thousand cubits wide and ten thousand , and it shall be holy in all its extent .
2 Of this there shall be for the sanctuary five hundred to five hundred square and fifty cubits for an open space all around.
3 On this stretch of twenty- five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide , you shall measure a location for the sanctuary, the most holy place .
4 This is the holy portion of the land shall be for the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, who come near to the LORD to serve him , that is where their homes are , and it will be a sanctuary for the sanctuary .
5 Twenty- five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide form the property of the Levites , the ministers of the house, with twenty rooms.
6 As city property you five thousand in width and twenty-five thousand in length , alongside the holy portion : it shall be for the whole house of Israel.
7 For the prince you book a space on both sides of the holy portion , and of the property of the city, along the holy portion and along the property of the city, on the west side westward and from the east side eastward , over a length parallel to one of the portions , from the west limit to the limit of the east.
8 It will be his land, his property in Israel : and my princes shall no more oppress my people , but they give the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.

for the Lord a portion of the country. This area devoted aside, in central Israel (# Ez 48:10 ) is distinguished from the other tribes lots for seven north and five south (cf. ch . # Ez 48). Certainly , all the earth belongs to the Lord (# Ps 24: 1), but this area has , in his view , a special significance , as it serves to achieve the objectives set out in vv. # Ez 45:2-8 . This "holy portion " (about 12.5 km 5 km according to some estimates , . Term " cane " in vv 1, 3, is absent from the Hebrew and it can be a " bent " ) is # Ez 48:8-22 , which is between Judah (north ) and Benjamin ( south ) from the Mediterranean to the eastern border. This is the place reserved for houses of priests (cf. Ez 45:4 # ) , but it also benefits all worshipers.
45:2
for the sanctuary . At the heart of the "holy portion " is the area occupied by the temple (# Ez 48:10 ), which serves as a place of worship not only the tribes of Israel, but also to believers around the world ( Esa # 4: 2-3 ; Za # 14: 16-19) . It is therefore entirely appropriate that its dimensions ( 1.6 square km square , cf. # Ez 42:15-20 ) are superior to those of previous temples of Israel.

property of the Levites . Furthermore the area for the temple and houses of the priests , another area is provided for the Levites who assist the priests in the temple. North of the "holy portion ," it is the same size. Cf. Ez 48:13-14 # for more details .

city property . South of the central sanctuary is the city of Jerusalem , the surface can be estimated at 12.5 and 2.5 km ( "cane " can be " bent ", the Hebrew does not specify the unit of measurement ) . Cf. Ez 48:15-20 # for more details .

The administrator of the kingdom under the authority of Christ has the right to a territory into two parts, west and east portions reserved for the temple, the priests and to the town vv. # Ez 45:1-6 . my princes shall no more oppress . God promises an era without those civilian leaders who abuse their power to , p. . eg seize land from their constituents (cf. Ez 22 # : 27; # No 36:7-9 ; 1R # 21 , # Isa 5:8 ; 5:10 # Bones , # Mi 2:1 - 2 ) . The "princes" in question are probably the twelve tribes . Under the reign of the Messiah , nobody will be cheated of what is rightfully his .
